Senior Consultant with extensive experience advising FTSE senior management and boards on commercial strategy, contractual entitlement, quantum, and financial risk across large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, including strategic oversight of aggregate portfolio values up to £400m. 

Strong background in analysis of variations, final accounts, claims, and complex contractual issues under Bespoke, JCT, and NEC forms of contract. 

Recent experience includes legally complex, high-value projects involving multiple contractual strategies, remedial decant strategies, preparation of documentation for legal teams, and exposure to mediation, adjudication, and litigation processes. Regularly trusted to exercise independent commercial judgement and provide clear, defensible advice to Group Directors and Boards.
