Marc Cammack

Background

Along with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mr. Marc Cammack is a registered professional mechanical engineer in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. He is also a Certified Fire Investigator, a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator, and an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certified Master Automobile Technician. He also holds certifications as an Accident Reconstruction 2 expert, Traffic Investigation 1 & 2 expert, and Bosch CDR Technician.

He has 15 years of experience in custom design, manufacturing, maintenance, project management, and engineering consultation. Specifically, Mr. Cammack has hands-on experience in industrial machine setup and commissioning, component design, root cause analysis, material and component selection, preventative maintenance, and engineering analysis.

As a fire investigator for over 10 years, Mr. Cammack uses his unique skill set as a mechanic and an engineer to provide a component-level analysis of fires and explosions.  These investigations cover a broad range of fire including appliances, HVAC equipment, vehicles, machinery, and industrial equipment.

As a forensic engineer, his skill areas are focused on plumbing system components and analysis, failures, and fires relating to passenger cars, trucks, buses, utility vehicles, and agricultural, construction, and industrial equipment. His comprehensive machine system experience including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems extends to the design, installation, and maintenance of these systems.  His specific experience also includes vehicle and system evaluation, failure root cause analysis, and destructive and non-destructive testing.
