As a Senior 4D Consultant, Matthew helps teams digitally rehearse the project in advance of works on site using project-specific 3D model data, construction programmes, and logistics information to optimise project delivery.

By applying the process of 4D planning on your project, the programme is developed and validated to ensure the plan is achievable, communication is improved, efficiencies are increased throughout the team, and risks are identified earlier, allowing mitigation strategies to be implemented to avoid or reduce the impact on the project.

Although it is best practice to implement 4D planning as early as possible on a project, this is not always the case. In the event of claims and/or disputes arising, it is possible to utilise the technology to determine and demonstrate culpability and help with resolution.
