
Background
Mr. Nathan Morrow has a strong background in residential and commercial buildings, structural systems, architectural systems, building analysis, and code compliance. He is a licensed structural engineer in multiple states.
Mr. Morrow’s forensic engineering experience includes structural damage assessments, cause and origin investigations, and code-compliant repair and design recommendations for residential and commercial applications. He has assessed damage and recommended repairs on a wide variety of building systems, including structural members, roofing systems, and foundations, and he has designed structural repairs as the engineer of record on a variety of projects.
Mr. Morrow has provided construction loss control services through structural plan reviews and construction quality control site visits for high-rise construction and multi-family housing projects. Mr. Morrow also has experience in construction management and owner’s project management. He has overseen roof installations on municipal buildings and residential townhomes.
