Background
Phillip is a dedicated and results-orientated construction professional with a strong background in planning, site management, and delay analysis. Phillip is located in the Auckland office where he continues to provide clients with programming/planning advice, forensic planning, and delay analysis.
Phillip has undertaken a number of site-based projects assisting contractors during the construction of commercial projects where he developed and maintained project programmes. In addition, Phillip has experience as a delay analyst where he has been involved in a variety of projects in the residential buildings, industrial, and commercial sectors.
