Background

Mr. Sam Marsenison has over 5 years of professional experience as an estimator and project manager.  He has experience working with engineers, architects, contractors, and insurance professionals evaluating damage to residential and commercial properties for both restoration and new building construction.  Mr. Marsenison has broad and extensive experience in construction estimating and project management.  He is skilled in a wide and diverse range of projects, including residential, Institutional, and commercial structures.  He is proficient with Xactimate, AutoCAD, and RS Means and is an Associate Estimating Professional (AEP) certified by the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE).  Mr. Marsenison is also a Florida licensed General Contractor.

Mr. Marsenison’s responsibilities include preparing estimates for repairs of structures that have been damaged or have been determined to have construction defects and analysis of construction or repair estimates presented for payment in insurance claims and legal matters.

Prior to joining Rimkus, his previous experience as a construction manager allowed him to develop his estimating skills by experiencing first-hand what it takes to complete both small-scale and large-scale construction projects.
