Scott D. Preble, LEED AP BD&C

Background

Mr. Scott Preble has more than 35 years of experience in the project management and facility management industries and has been employed by Rimkus (formerly Commercial Construction Consulting, LLC) since 2002.  As a Senior Consultant, Mr. Preble is responsible for all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction management of projects ranging in size and complexity from the replacement of air handling units and cooling towers to the complete installation of a chiller plant.  These tasks include managing design teams, developing RFPs, managing contractor bidding, cost estimating, performance monitoring, and overall project management.

Mr. Preble is part of the Due Diligence practice area of the company and is responsible for performing the MEP and fire protection (FP) condition assessments and capital planning for commercial properties including urban high-rise developments, historic buildings, office parks, residential apartment buildings, schools, and shopping malls.
