Background
Scott is an experienced quantity surveyor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Scott has been appointed more than a dozen times as an independent quantum expert in arbitral and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) proceedings. He has been cross-examined as an expert witness on multiple occasions. He has also provided expert witness support as a lead assistant and has worked alongside and assisted solicitors and barristers, providing claims advice, commercial and contract management, and dispute resolution services.
Scott’s wide-ranging global sector experience includes power and industrial, buildings, transportation, infrastructure, and natural resources projects.
