Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the building, construction, and engineering industries. He is highly skilled in planning, programming, and conducting associated time and cost analysis. Scott supports Contractors and Principals at tender stage, during construction, and in dispute resolution. His expertise extends to the preparation and analysis of complex claims involving delay, disruption, and cost.

Working closely with project teams, senior management, and legal advisors, Scott has provided guidance on contract management, project costing, and the preparation and assessment of claims. His project portfolio spans from small-scale developments to high-value landmark projects advising both Contractors and Principals.

Scott’s extensive industry experience includes providing expert advice in various forms of dispute resolution and delivering expert evidence in formal proceedings. His sector experience covers a wide range of building, civil, and engineering projects, including, commercial, residential high-rise, large and small scale retail, community, and leisure developments; hospitals and medical facilities; prisons and secure facilities; oil and gas, onshore and offshore facilities, and overland pipelines; engineering procurement (including major electrical, sewer, water, and food processing); research and education precincts; and tunnels, roads, and rail.

Scott’s broad exposure enables him to produce detailed reports and analyses on programming, planning, and delay and disruption. He also provides expert advice on construction and project issues, pricing, valuation, costing, dispute avoidance, and resolution.
