Mr. David Walsh is a principal consultant at Loss Management Solutions, A Rimkus Company with over 30 years of experience in property insurance adjusting, insurance restoration, and the construction industry. Mr. Walsh has spent his career working with insurance professionals, business and property owners, and industry executives. Mr. Walsh started his construction career learning all aspects of highway construction along with building commercial structures and high-rise- and garden-style apartments. Equipped with widespread experience in the construction field, Mr. Walsh began the next phase of his career as a claim adjuster, specializing in large property losses. He has worked in various capacities with several insurance carriers, increasing his responsibility and his claim authority with each company. In addition to his positions in construction and loss handling, Mr. Walsh augmented his insurance loss experience by starting his own insurance restoration/reconstruction company, responsible for all day-to-day operations. Mr. Walsh’s extensive background in construction, claims adjusting, and insurance restoration gives him not only practical work experience but also the knowledge to handle any loss situation he encounters.
