Background
Mr. Kenneth Wong holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with an emphasis in architectural design, planning, and environmental issues. He is a registered architect in Texas, Nebraska, Michigan, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oregon, and Washington, is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and is a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) with the State of Texas.
Mr. Wong has diverse experience, knowledge, and training gained from over 30 years in the field of architectural design and construction on commercial, early education and higher education, medical, senior living, and food service projects. His design and planning experience includes many project types, as well as involvement in project management, A/E standard of care, construction documentation, code and accessibility compliance, and construction administration which included construction observation, field reports, product submittals, change orders, requests for information, punch lists, and project closeouts.
Mr. Wong has worked extensively with structural, mechanical, and electrical design engineers related to building functionality, efficiency, life safety, and problem solving. He has also worked with civil, survey, and geotechnical engineers in developing an array of site solutions for accommodating safe and accessible access throughout project sites and buildings to limit premise liability for owners.
