Background
David has over 25 years of experience in delay analysis, project planning, programming, and management; his project experience includes railways, road works, airport works, theme parks, water works, and other civil engineering projects for both private and public sectors.
David has extensive experience in critical path project planning. He has assisted delay experts in the preparation of expert witness reports, including the review and analysis of as-planned and as-built programmes, evaluation of project progress and project records. He also advises contractors and employers on planning and programming, technical submissions, and progress monitoring throughout the pre-construction and construction phases of complex construction projects.
