Background

Mr. Arturo Chavarria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer with extensive experience in all phases of civil engineering, including design, construction documents, and specifications.  His experience incorporates a broad range of skills, including structural analysis, Mr. Chavarria’s past projects included areas such as the state department of transportation infrastructure, municipal infrastructure, commercial construction, and geotechnical engineering.

As a forensic investigator, Mr. Chavarria is responsible for inspections and analysis of construction defects, storm damage, and failures in building envelopes.  These inspections encompass industrial, commercial, residential, civic, religious, hospitality, and multi-residential building types for construction claims and property claims.  His inspections include residential and commercial roofs, moisture intrusions, building envelope failures, residential and commercial plumbing failures, as well as brick veneer, stone veneer, and stucco deficiencies and failures.
