Background

Ms. Paola Rojas is a registered architect with 20 years of professional experience. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Architecture, she specialized in single-family residential design and gained experience working on all phases of a project. In 2008, Ms. Rojas moved to New York City to pursue her interests in historic preservation and building envelope design. Over the years, she has worked on various repair and restoration programs such as sidewalk vault replacements, masonry and curtain wall restorations, roof repair programs, façade recladdings, and window replacement programs. She is a qualified exterior wall inspector (QEWI) in New York City. Ms. Rojas also has experience in the healthcare and life sciences field, providing design services for top-rated healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.

Ms. Rojas is a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certificate holder and has mentored candidates on their path to becoming licensed architects.
