Meet the Experts
Rob Lord is a Senior Consultant in the Rimkus Transportation Practice and an ACTAR-accredited Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist. Prior to joining the Rimkus team, Mr. Lord served 17 years in law enforcement and public service, during which time he documented and investigated more than 475 collisions, performed/assisted with the reconstruction of approximately 50 felony-level collisions involving serious injuries or fatalities, and performed more than 400 commercial vehicle inspections. He has experience in all levels of passenger vehicle collision investigation, including car/pedestrian/bicycle, motorcycle, and low- and high-speed collision analysis; damage consistency analysis; and Event Data Recorder (EDR) download and analysis.
David Dionisi is a Rimkus Fire Consultant and certified Fire and Explosion Investigator who holds licensees in several states, including Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. His background includes 25 years of public safety experience as a firefighter/EMT, fire investigator, and Certified Fire Inspector, during which he investigated the causation of more than 2000 fires and explosions in residential, industrial, and commercial structures; vehicles; and wildlands. As a forensic investigator, his areas of expertise include fire origin and cause investigations, arson investigations, diagramming of fire scenes, interrogation of suspects and witnesses, complete detailed written reports, photographic documentation of fire scenes, and the collection, documentation, and preservation of evidence.
