Background
David is a delay and quantum expert with 30 years of experience providing expert evidence on project delays and costs. He has appeared as an expert witness and testified on more than 15 occasions before various courts and tribunals across Australia and New Zealand.
David provides project advice and independent expert evidence relating to programming, delay and disruption, associated quantum issues, and assessment of variations across the construction industry, including civil, road, rail, building, petrochemical, tunnelling, mining, and defence projects.
David also presents educational seminars on a range of programming topics to law firms, construction organisations, and graduate and post-graduate university degrees. He presents at the University of Melbourne’s Master’s of Construction Law course and has since its inception.
