Rimkus’ full project management services involve leading project teams and acting as the primary interface with the client’s organisation and other key stakeholders. For each project, we review a comprehensive checklist with clients to assign all activities to the client’s in-house team, ourselves, or other external service providers to ensure that no activity is left unfulfilled and that roles and responsibilities are clearly understood.

This service includes almost every project management activity required to plan and deliver most projects successfully from inception to completion and, if needed, into the operational phase.
