Background

Chris is a Chartered Architect with more than 15 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry as a designer, technical lead, delivery manager, site architect, building information modelling lead, and forensic architect across a broad range of building types.  These included commercial office and retail, education, healthcare, hotel, and residential buildings.  Chris has been undertaking work in the expert and forensic field since 2022.  He also consults on professional and project standards and integrated management across architecture, interiors, and urban design at a large RIBA Chartered architecture practice in London.

Chris acts as an expert/forensic architect investigating issues and writing reports in the fields of architecture and construction including construction defects and professional negligence.  He also undertakes technical advisory reports in construction insurance-related matters and provides advice on design and construction.

Chris has knowledge and experience of consultant’s appointments, and building contracts relating to construction management, design/build, and traditional procurement routes.
