Background

Mr. Seth Carey is a graduate of the University of Georgia with 2 years of experience conducting aquatic resource delineations and drafting ecological reports. Mr. Carey has authored Aquatic Resource Delineation Reports, Ecology Assessment of Effects reports, USACE nationwide permits, and Buffer Variance Applications. Mr. Carey has also assisted with field data collection, including USACE EMP data points and NC streak, as well as methodology scoring (version 4.11) and Munsell soil chart characterization. He is proficient with map-making software such as ArcGis Pro to produce accurate and quality displays, as well as in the use of various lab equipment, including Trimble Pro GPS to create quality and accurate maps for technical reporting.  Mr. Carey is also certified in Basic Wetland Delineation and Advanced Hydric Soils in the Eastern Mountains and Piedmont Region by Duncan & Duncan Wetland & Endangered Species Training.
