Mr. Patrick Drury holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Hawaii and multiple other states. He has over 15 years of experience in engineering design, construction, facility operations, and forensic investigations. His expertise includes construction defect analysis, building envelope failures, moisture intrusion, storm damage evaluations, drainage and sitework assessments, and structural failure analysis. Mr. Drury has provided deposition testimony in support of his technical findings. He provides expert consultation to insurance professionals, design professionals, construction firms, attorneys, and property owners.
Mr. Drury’s civil, structural, and construction engineering background includes expeditionary engineering in austere locations and the management of large-scale, multi-discipline design programs for military, commercial, residential, and public-sector projects.
