Mr. Barr is a certified investigator of fire and explosions, as well as a licensed private investigator in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. His professional career of more than 20 years in the fire service has included, fire investigator, fire code inspector and plans reviewer, hazardous materials operations, firefighter, and paramedic.

Mr. Barr has investigated over 300 fires and explosions in multiple areas, including commercial structures, places of worship, multi- and single-family dwellings, industrial/manufacturing facilities, wildland, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, heavy/farm equipment, and fatalities.

His forensic expertise covers commercial and residential fire investigations, vehicle fire investigations, and wildland fire investigations. His professional experience includes fire investigator, captain, and firefighter/paramedic with the city of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, fire department.

Mr. Barr is a Certified Fire and Explosives Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators.
