Background
Helen is a delay expert with more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, predominantly working for main contractors and consultancies.
Helen is regularly appointed as a delay expert in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation, as she has over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, including 10 years as an expert.
Helen brings valuable grassroots experience to her expert witness and advisory work, having previously held roles as planner, senior planner, and planning manager for both developers and contractors. This practical background informs her approach to dispute resolution and strengthens the credibility of her expert analysis.
Helen’s particular strengths include acting as a troubleshooter to drive the completion of complex projects, developing effective EOT strategies that both minimise delays and establish contractual entitlement.
