Background
Mr. Khalil Carson is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and Troy University. He has assisted with aquatic resource waters of the U.S. for determination/delineations and buffered state water evaluations, including technical report writing. Mr. Carson has assisted with the completion of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA).
